Cats! Not fond of them cats

Cute isn't it.. It is a rescue - which means it cost a lot of money to rehabilitate. It had long term and repeated billary and had to have it:s knackers removed.

.Some years back the wife was cat crazy. The rehabilitated tamed cats around the house reached 19 cats. and there were many many more in the bush that she fed, trapped and had 'fixed' and treated for diseases etc.

Well, my income could not afford it any more so I asked her to quit. She listened. Those 19 cats decreased by natural attrition over the years and now there is this one left. We now have six dogs, which fortunately is less than the 14 dogs we had last month.

I do not like cats for the following five reasons:
1) A cat will cotch/puke/vomit on the dining room table.
2) Cats will puke on the carpet
3) Cats will vomit on our bed
4) Cats will cotch on the chair/sofa.
5) During mating season the nightly blood curdling screams sounds like a cat is being killed, but alas, next day there it is on the way to the vet to collect another invoice.


We have had cats in the house since the 1960's. None of them caught rats that I remember.

And oh yes, one more reason I don't like cats: they will jump through the bedroom window late at night and puke just about anywhere.
